• If you cannot come to work, always contact us by phone. Email, SMS or WhatsApp are not suitable means to communicate emergencies. We prefer to look for possible solutions together with you immediately and make concrete arrangements right away;
•  Make sure you remain reachable by phone in case of an emergency;
• Sick? Report this by phone to the emergency number. Dailyflex policy only accepts sick reports by phone. If you do not report sick by phone, we consider it as a day off or an unworked day. Remain reachable by phone even after reporting sick. When you are better, send a confirmation and indicate when you will start working again;
• If something happens during work, always discuss it with your supervisor on the work floor AND call Dailyflex. Never go home without notifying anyone. The company and Dailyflex are responsible for you during your work activities;
• The emergency number is exclusively for emergencies! General questions will be answered during office hours:
• If you have questions about pay slips or payments, call on Thursday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
